This agreement is accomplished for purposes of clarifying the roles, responsibilities and liabilities of both contracting parties. By providing payment for an advertising package, the Owner thereby acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the terms set forth in this Agreement and their consent to abide by its stipulations:

SureSellAutos.com is organized as a "For Sale by Owner" cooperative advertising company and is subject to Nevada State Commerce Regulations. Licensed as neither a dealer nor commercial broker of vehicles, SureSellAutos.com is prohibited by law from collecting commissions from the sale of motor vehicles. Under no circumstances within the scope of this Agreement will SureSellAutos.com solicit or accept from the Owner any commissions or charges of any kind AFTER THE SALE.

SureSellAutos.com will use its best efforts to assist in selling Owner's vehicle for a time period of 60 days. If vehicle is not sold within the 60 day time period, Sure Sell Autos will extend an additional 6 months of free advertising. No subsequent renewals, fees or charges shall be required during this time period to insure vehicles continued listing within the SureSellAutos.com advertising network. After the end of that 6 months if the client's vehicle is not sold, a continuation advertising fee of $99.95 will be charged to the clients Credit Card. Depending upon the package that is purchased and expiration of certain features within packages, upgrades for an additional cost may be available. Upon completion of SureSellAutos.com affiliate financed sales, seller will receive a Cashier?s Check from the SureSellAutos.com affiliated finance agency handling the sale.

SureSellAutos.com will itself utilize various marketing resource networks which may include but are not limited to: SureSellAutos.com, eBay, Google.com, Yahoo.com, Msn.com, Lycos.com, Hotbot.com, Auto Trader, AltaVista .com, ChooseYourItem.com, AlltheWeb.com, various classified sites, GreatVehicles.com, AdPost.com, AirPlaneTrader.com, AutomobileJunction.com, AutoSellersUSA.com, ChooseYourItem.com, Boatline.com, ClassicCar.com, UsedCars.com, various auction sites, etc. Not all vehicles utilized by SureSellAutos.com will qualify for all sites.

Liability Disclaimer:

Vehicles sold utilizing SureSellAutos.com services are sold on an "as-is" basis. SureSellAutos.com is not responsible for any commissions, transportation fees, vehicle repairs, or any other costs associated with the sale of any vehicle unless specifically denoted within the body of this Agreement. SureSellAutos.com makes no claims to have definite buyers available for any vehicle at any given time, and provides no guarantees that any vehicle will be sold within any specific time period or for any specified sale price.

Cancellation Policy:

All sales of SureSellAutos.com advertising services are final and no refunds will be issued. Any discrepancies are subject to the policies contained within this Agreement. In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement the purchaser agrees that all actions filed will be in Clark County, Nevada and will be adjudicated pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nevada. As SureSellAutos.com provides Owners with access to audit, edit, and/or alter their advertisements on SureSellAutos.com; the OWNER is responsible for all content (including vehicle description and images), context, and appearance of their individual advertisement. SureSellAutos.com policy is to assist and cooperate with all Owners in the appearance of their ads. To reiterate, the responsibility of the ad's content is the Owners'.
